Taxes : Taxes not included in prices. You may have to pay taxes upon receipt of the package, depending on your country of residence. We therefore advise you to inquire about the taxes and customs duties of your country for the purchase of parcels online.

We are not responsible for these taxes; reimbursement of these taxes will therefore not be possible. In the event of a package being returned for taxes not paid by the recipient, we will not be able to reimburse you for the shipping costs. In the case of Yamato / UPS if you do not want to pay the taxes you will have to pay the return costs which are therefore.

 

For the EU: Since July 1, 2021, parcels from a country outside the EU, which enter European soil, are subject to taxes. These taxes vary by country. For some countries like France it is possible to reduce filing fees applied by the carrier by paying the taxes directly on the site from the post office , for this you will have to wait a few days for the package to clear customs. (Not applicable for Yamato/UPS)

These times may vary depending on several factors, allow more time in case of problems / anomalies. Possible delays due to the situation in Ukraine.

Refunds:
Deliveries without trackingshipments without tracking do not carry insurance and will therefore not be subject to refunds.
Japan Post :
In case of problem, refund possible up to 6000 ¥ (About 45€). Following a problem contact the post office, then contact us afterwards. The post office will investigate and determine the refund amount. This amount will not exceed 6000 ¥ regardless of the initial value of the order, and will be less than 6000 ¥ if the value of the order was less than 6000 ¥. The survey is conducted in the post office of the country concerned and also in Japan, this investigation can take a long time. We will have to wait for the end of the investigation and the reimbursement of the post office to then send you the reimbursement.

EMS :

The investigation is carried out by the carrier of the country concerned and also in Japan, this investigation can take a long time. We will have to wait for the end of the investigation and the reimbursement from the carrier to then send you the reimbursement.

  • Delivery

Shipping fees: Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout; after entering your address.

Address: Be sure to check your delivery information before placing an order, in the event of an error try to contact us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has left, we will not be able to change the address.

Followed : If you have selected delivery with tracking; a tracking number will be emailed to you, this email usually ends up in spam or promotions mailboxes. (if you have not received an email within the days following your order, please contact us). To prevent this from happening again, it is preferable to accept emails from our site.

We advise you to use sites/applications like "17Track" or "Parcels" to track your package.

Shipping: The majority of our packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment, but allow up to 5 days in the event that we have stock problems. We will contact you if there is a delay.
