Delivery and refund

Important: Emails we send to you to confirm your orders, shipments or other important messages can often end up in your spam folder or promotions. Please check these files regularly after placing an order.

Shipping

We ship packages to all continents, except Africa at the moment. If your country is not available when choosing the delivery method, please contact us by email or on our social networks.

We use the following companies to send our packages: Japan Post, Yamato - UPS, EMS.

Average delivery time:

These deadlines may vary depending on several factors. Allow extra time in case of problems or anomalies. Delivery times generally range between 5 and 20 days depending on your location.

Refunds:

Japan Post: In case of problems, a refund of up to ¥6 is possible. The postal investigation may take time. Refunds may not include shipping costs.*

EMS: In case of problems, a refund of up to ¥40 is possible. The carrier's investigation may take time. Refunds may not include shipping costs.*

Yamato/UPS: In case of problems, a refund of up to ¥200 is possible. The carrier's investigation may take time. Refunds may not include shipping costs.*

*Note: For any problems encountered, please contact the carrier concerned first, then contact us afterwards. An investigation will be conducted to determine the amount of reimbursement. We will wait for the investigation and refund to be completed before transferring it to you.
