About shipments via Japan Post

You can always choose to send via Japan PostHowever, please note that The maximum compensation provided by default is ¥6,000., which remains very low compared to the value of many packages shipped.

Therefore, to avoid any risk of financial loss in case of a problem, we recommend that you choose shipping options with better insurance coverage.

If you still choose Japan Post, the shipment will be entirely at your own risk. In case of loss, damage or dispute, we cannot compensate beyond the amount that Japan Post will reimburse following their investigation, i.e. a maximum of ¥ 6.
